📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of financial reporting processes using SAP and other financial software.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of financial dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and reporting specialists.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate financial systems and improve data accuracy.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the bank's financial planning.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting and analytics, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience with SAP and other financial software.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Certifications in financial reporting and analytics (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
