📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise remote accounting teams, ensuring high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial management.
