Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
• Provide excellent table service, including setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and private functions, including coordinating with the Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues in the dining area to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Work collaboratively with the Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of dining area supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
