📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage and train pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of service quality.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of prescription processing and dispensing.
• Optimize inventory management to minimize costs and ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations.

• Implement and monitor pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure the pharmacy meets all accreditation and certification requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in managing pharmacy teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medispan or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in pharmacy management or related field is a plus.
