Every day, you'll be behind the bar, mixing creative cocktails, training new team members, and ensuring our bar runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the general manager and other department heads to ensure seamless operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders and barbacks, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Craft and mix a variety of cocktails using premium ingredients and creative techniques.
• Train and mentor new team members to uphold the bar's high standards.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the general manager and other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote and upsell bar menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar captain in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, with the ability to create and recommend new cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
