📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client records in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer relationship management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our CRM processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, preferably in the virtual assistant or customer service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, with a willingness to learn other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
