• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Promote our menu items and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a FOH role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
