As a Motorcycle Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages within Bali's diverse regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll use our fleet of motorcycles and our trusted delivery management system, such as Go-Jek or Grab, to navigate the bustling streets of Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deliver packages to customers within designated areas of Bali, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Use GPS and delivery management systems to navigate and optimize delivery routes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times, using our in-house system.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding deliveries.
- Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure the well-being of both the rider and the vehicle.
- Report any road hazards or delivery issues to the operations team for prompt resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance delivery skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the company's values of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery or courier services, preferably in a fast-paced urban environment.
- Valid motorcycle driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with delivery management systems such as Go-Jek or Grab is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demands.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle packages of varying weights and sizes.
