Accounting & Finance Specialist - Logistics & Freight Forwarding Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Specialist to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support our growth in the logistics industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making. You will also play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, using tools like SAP and QuickBooks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to the logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
