In this role, you will be working closely with our clients and internal teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot access control solutions. You will use a variety of tools and software, including access control panels, card readers, biometric scanners, and alarm systems. Daily, you will be on-site at client locations, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and addressing any issues promptly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, including card readers, biometric scanners, and door controllers.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of access control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor access control solutions accordingly.
• Document all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs in a detailed and organized manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Access Door Technician or similar role in the security industry.
• Proven track record of installing, maintaining, and repairing access control systems.
• Familiarity with various access control systems and technologies, including card readers, biometric scanners, and door controllers.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as those set by the Indonesian National Standardization Agency (BSN).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
