Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve marketing goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.,Manage social media presence and engage with the audience.,Coordinate with external agencies for marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.,Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
