📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.,Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attractive and professional appearance.
