📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality Social Studies (IPS) lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the unique needs of elementary students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and community members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience and engage students in interactive activities
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in elementary education
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes student success and well-being
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of your students and the school
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and involvement in school activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Social Studies and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to differentiate instruction and create engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of elementary students
• Familiarity with educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and well-being
• Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia
