As a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Specialist at Optima Daya Energi, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work with QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software to manage our financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze budget forecasts and variances.
- Provide financial support to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
