Community Nurse - Day Care

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive nursing care, including but not limited to, wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitoring vital signs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a community setting.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Assist in wound care and management, ensuring patients' wounds are properly treated and monitored.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community nursing setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
