• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 sales agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Set and track sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs for sales agents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the multi-finance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
