📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and safely.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Coordinate inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.,Handle and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and the effectiveness of warehouse processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
