Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Write and edit technical articles and blog posts,Conduct user research and testing to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
