🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on the US market.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing technical talent.,Strong understanding of the technical recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with the US job market and industry trends is a plus.
