UQBA Lifestyle Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) channels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in both B2B and B2C sectors.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote and sell our products.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our customer base.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B and B2C sectors.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
