📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Oversee the performance of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to support the overall business goals.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences, building relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in using computer software and tools for inventory management, scheduling, and financial tracking.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
