📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
