📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's customer base and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.,Analyze market trends and competition to inform business strategies.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Manage the business development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the mining and energy industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.
