Store Bright Berjaya is looking for a Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet its operational needs. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that procurement activities are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
