📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
