📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
• Identify and approach potential merchants to join our network.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our merchants.
• Drive sales growth and increase merchant engagement.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
