📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and create learning materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development into the company's culture.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training programs.
  • Manage and mentor junior learning and development professionals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
