You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement documentation strategies,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy,Develop and implement training materials for our products and services,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus
