📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our software products.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers in the team.,Ensure that all technical documentation meets the required standards and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience in mentoring and guiding junior technical writers is a plus.
