📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production of high-quality pastries and desserts,Mentor and train junior chefs,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Manage inventory and suppliers,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards,Ability to lead and motivate a team,Willingness to travel for business purposes
