In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Handle audits and ensure the company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
