📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
