Agung Maya Sembako is looking for a motivated Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Koja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and monitoring performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Assist in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
