Bahagia Putri Tea is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our tea products and increase brand awareness. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Sanur, Bali, while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and optimize our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Create and manage content for our website, blog, and email newsletters.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.,Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
