📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Develop and implement HR training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a media or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
