📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the company's standards.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
