📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
