📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing content for various platforms including social media, email, and website.,Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.,Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.,Provide support to the marketing team in achieving targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Passionate about marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
