📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to create and deliver training materials.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback.,Support the development of learning and development strategies.,Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
