📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all financial documents are properly filed and accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
