📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide support to the management team in financial decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
