In this role, you'll collaborate with our marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts, produce high-quality visuals, and ensure our brand messaging is effectively communicated. You'll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to bring your designs to life, and you'll have the freedom to experiment with new techniques and trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Capital Dynamics across all media channels.
• Create engaging and eye-catching designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
• Manage and organize design assets and files to maintain a well-structured and accessible design library.
• Provide regular design updates and reports to the team to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual storytelling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in layout and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools like Canva and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with design trends and industry standards.
