📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate insurance applications for commercial lines, including property, liability, and equipment insurance.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide underwriting decisions based on technical and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other technical professionals to understand their clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Review and analyze claims to determine coverage and payout amounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers to ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide the best possible service to our clients.
• Monitor and analyze underwriting performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to junior underwriters and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting principles.
• Familiarity with insurance software and systems, such as Guidewire, PolicyAdmin, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CPCU, ARe, or similar) is a plus.
